Learn How Enrollment Works
There are no set dates for Loom Weaving class terms; enrollment is always open and ongoing. New students can begin their Loom Weaving class at any time so long as there is a loom available in the studio.
To begin enrollment, make your selections within the Reserve Now box, and click “Register Now”.
Please note, registration is not automatic.
Here’s why…
Students enrolling in Loom Weaving classes at The Chicago Weaving School begin and end their sessions at varying times. That means the number of open looms is always changing.
Natalie diligently keeps track of this information, so upon receiving your reservation the following happens:
You will receive an email confirming your submission.
Natalie will check to ensure that a loom is available for your use from your desired start date through the length of the course.
If there is no loom available, Natalie will work with you to get you enrolled on the next best start date for your schedule.
Either way, you will receive an email from Natalie within two days after submitting your reservation to confirm your enrollment.
When Do I Pay?
Payment is due in full on your first day of class. Cash or checks are preferred, but credit cards are okay too.
In some instances Natalie may ask you to pay a 50% deposit to hold your space. If so, she will send a Paypal invoice, or you may mail a check.
How Do Class Sessions Work?
Students work alongside each other, but at their own pace. Class size is small so instruction is individualized.
We have some of the nicest students around, so come join us!
